After working with colleagues in both the House and Senate, the two chambers produced compromise legislation to prevent the harassing robocall scams most Americans receive. The final version includes the original text of H.R. 2015 – The TRACED Act that was introduced by Rep. Kustoff earlier this year.

WASHINGTON, DC—Today, Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08), applauded the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) investment in distance learning and telemedicine projects in the state of Tennessee, specifically, the $497,252 for the Dyer County Board of Education. The Rural Development investment will enable the Dyer County Board of Education to implement a Distance Learning program that will expand educational offerings in three rural school districts in Dyer, Lake and Weakley counties in Tennessee.
