WASHINGTON, DC—Today, Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08), issued the following statement following the House passage of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). The USMCA will replace the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).


“The USMCA delivers a much-deserved win for American farmers, manufacturers, and businesses across our country. We are in one of the best economies of our lifetime and the USMCA will only help us achieve greater prosperity,” said Rep. Kustoff. “This trade deal modernizes our trade policies and will strengthen our agriculture and manufacturing markets. I would like to thank President Trump for fulfilling his promise on this trade deal, and I look forward to its swift passage in the Senate.”
