Washington, D.C. – Today, U.S. Rep. David Kustoff (TN-08) introduced a bill to name the courthouse in Jackson, Tennessee after Judge James D. Todd. Through this legislation, the building utilized as a United States Courthouse located at 111 South Highland Avenue in Jackson, Tennessee will be known and designated as the "James D. Todd United States Courthouse." This measure is supported by every member of the U.S. House of Representatives in the Tennessee delegation.

Washington, D.C. –U.S. Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08) voted for the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). It boosts our defense topline by $25 billion, ensuring growth of 5%, to provide our military with the necessary resources and tools to defend our nation. The NDAA authorizes a 2.7% pay increase for servicemembers, extends military recruitment and retention bonuses and special pay authorities, and provides nearly $1.5 billion to improve servicemember family housing.
