Washington, D.C. – Today, U.S. Rep. David Kustoff (TN-08) voted against the Democrats' massive tax-and-spend reconciliation package, also known as the Build Back Better Act (H.R. 5376). This bill includes a job-killing minimum 15% corporate tax rate making the U.S. less competitive around the world, grants mass amnesty to illegal immigrants, and significantly expands the IRS.

The Portal for Appraisal Licensing Act establishes a nationwide licensing system for real estate appraisers that will improve the appraisal regulatory structure, reduce cost, and eliminate red tape.

HENNING, TN—Today, Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08) and the United States Postal Service hosted a ceremony to rename the Henning Post Office building located at 415 N Main St. in honor of Paula Croom Robinson and Judy Spray. On October 18, 2010, Sales and Service Associate Paula Croom Robinson and Rural Carrier Associate Judy Spray were murdered during an attempted robbery at the Henning Post Office.
WASHINGTON, DC—Today, Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08) commended Governor Bill Lee's effort following Ford Motor Company's announcement that they have selected the Memphis Regional Megasite for one of the largest battery and vehicle manufacturing campuses in the United States. Ford and SK Innovation will invest $5.6 billion to build a 3,600-acre mega campus called Blue Oval City on the Memphis Regional Megasite, where production of next generation all-electric F-Series trucks will begin in 2025.
