This legislation will protect the American food and agriculture supply chain from the growing influence of the Chinese Communist Party.

WASHINGTON, D.C — In response to Iran’s recent attack on Israel, Congressman David Kustoff (R-TN) joined House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Europe Chairman Tom Kean, Jr. (R-NJ) to introduce, H. Res. 1143, Condemning Iran’s unprecedented drone and missile attack on Israel. This resolution passed the House of Representatives by a vote of 404-14.

WASHINGTON, D.C — Congressmen David Kustoff (R-TN) and French Hill (R-AR) introduced the CDBG Modernization Act in the House of Representatives. This legislation will establish a new formula for calculating the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for cities and counties.
