WASHINGTON, DC— Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08) announced three grants from the Department of Justice totaling $200,776 to West Tennessee. Madison County will receive $150,000 to the Reducing Injury and Death of Missing Individuals with Dementia and Developmental Disabilities Program. The City of Jackson will receive $38,643 and the City of Dyersburg will receive $12,133 to prevent and control crime.

WASHINGTON, DC—Today, Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08) announced $400,000 in Economic Development Administration (EDA) CARES Act Recovery Assistance funding to support redevelopment and revitalization in Weakley County. The CARES Act, signed into law by President Donald Trump on March 27, 2020, provides EDA with $1.5 billion for economic development assistance programs to help communities prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus.
WASHINGTON, DC—Today, Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08) announced a $500,000 loan and $87,200 grant from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to Obion County to construct a 100x100 airplane hangar with an adjacent staging area at the south end of the existing airport site. The new hangars will provide much needed private space for the crop dusters, so they are not disrupted by the other commercial traffic. The hangar will also generate airport revenue, as the space will be leased for storage for the crop dusters.
