WASHINGTON, D.C. — House Committee on Ways and Means Reps. David Kustoff (R-TN), Brad Schneider (D-IL), Claudia Tenney (R-NY), and Terri Sewell (D-AL) introduced the bipartisan, Child Care for American Families Act, today in the House of Representatives.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman David Kustoff (R-TN) recently penned an op-ed for the Washington Examiner titled, "Congress must scrub terrorism from the tax code". In the op-ed, Congressman Kustoff calls on the United States Senate to pass his legislation to evoke the tax-exempt status of any organization that provides financial support or resources to designated terrorist groups.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman David Kustoff (R-TN) joined Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) to introduce the bipartisan, H.R. 6090, the Antisemitism Awareness Act. This bill will require the Department of Education to use the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's (IHRA) Working Definition of Antisemitism and its contemporary examples when enforcing federal anti-discrimination laws.
