WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman David Kustoff (R-TN) recently penned an op-ed for the Washington Examiner titled, "Congress must scrub terrorism from the tax code". In the op-ed, Congressman Kustoff calls on the United States Senate to pass his legislation to evoke the tax-exempt status of any organization that provides financial support or resources to designated terrorist groups.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman David Kustoff (R-TN) joined Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) to introduce the bipartisan, H.R. 6090, the Antisemitism Awareness Act. This bill will require the Department of Education to use the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's (IHRA) Working Definition of Antisemitism and its contemporary examples when enforcing federal anti-discrimination laws.

Res. 1143, Condemning Iran’s unprecedented drone and missile attack on Israel. This resolution passed the House of Representatives by a vote of 404-14.

This legislation will establish a new formula for calculating the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for cities and counties.
