Washington, D.C. – Today, U.S. Rep. David Kustoff (TN-08) introduced a bill to name the courthouse in Jackson, Tennessee after Judge James D. Todd. Through this legislation, the building utilized as a United States Courthouse located at 111 South Highland Avenue in Jackson, Tennessee will be known and designated as the "James D. Todd United States Courthouse." This measure is supported by every member of the U.S. House of Representatives in the Tennessee delegation.

WASHINGTON, DC—Today, Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08), announced mobile office hours for the month of December. Mobile office hours will be held on Thursday, December 2 and Tuesday, December 7.

Washington, D.C. – Today, U.S. Reps. David Kustoff (TN-08), Josh Harder (CA-10), and Burgess Owens (UT-04) introduced the bipartisan NCAA Accountability Act. This bill establishes due process protections for universities and individuals under investigation by the NCAA for rule infractions.

Washington, D.C. – Today, U.S. Reps. David Kustoff (R-TN) and Ed Perlmutter (D-CO) introduced bipartisan legislation to modernize the real estate appraisal licensing system. The Portal for Appraisal Licensing Act establishes a nationwide licensing system for real estate appraisers that will improve the appraisal regulatory structure, reduce cost, and eliminate red tape.

HENNING, TN—Today, Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08) and the United States Postal Service hosted a ceremony to rename the Henning Post Office building located at 415 N Main St. in honor of Paula Croom Robinson and Judy Spray. On October 18, 2010, Sales and Service Associate Paula Croom Robinson and Rural Carrier Associate Judy Spray were murdered during an attempted robbery at the Henning Post Office.
