Rep. Kustoff Votes to Defend Second Amendment Rights

December 6, 2017

Washington, D.C. – U.S. Representative David Kustoff (TN-08) today released the following statement after voting for the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act (H.R. 38).

"Our Constitutional rights do not end at state lines, and that includes the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms," said Congressman Kustoff. "I am proud to be an original cosponsor of this commonsense legislation that will enhance public safety by allowing law-abiding Americans to exercise their fundamental rights, while keeping guns out of the hands of criminals."
