Memphis, TN – U.S. Representative David Kustoff (TN-08) today released the following statement following President Donald Trump's nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to serve on the United States Supreme Court.

"I am pleased to hear President Trump's nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to serve on the Supreme Court of the United States," said Congressman Kustoff.
