Rep. Kustoff Statement on Release of FISA Memo

Washington, D.C. – U.S. Representative David Kustoff (TN-08) today released the following statement after President Donald Trump and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence chose to release the classified report on the abuse of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ): 

“I viewed the classified memo prepared by the House Intelligence Committee. The contents are concerning and of extremely high public interest. The American people deserve to know the truth, so for the sake of transparency, I am pleased the Intelligence Committee and President Trump have chosen to release this memo.”
