Rep. Kustoff Spends Thanksgiving with Troops in Afghanistan

Washington, D.C. – U.S. Representative David Kustoff (TN-08) last Thursday, November 23, spent Thanksgiving Day with American troops in Kandahar and Kabul, Afghanistan. Congressman Kustoff was one of eight members of Congress to join a week-long, bipartisan trip to Afghanistan, Poland and Qatar. High resolution photos are available here.

"Last week, I had the great privilege of serving Thanksgiving lunch and dinner to our troops in Afghanistan, including soldiers from West Tennessee who are stationed overseas," said Congressman Kustoff. "It was an incredible experience, and I will always be grateful for the opportunity to personally thank our brave servicemen and women for their remarkable sacrifice."
