Kustoff Statement Condemning Recent Acts of Anti-Semitism

Memphis, Tenn. – U.S. Representative David Kustoff (TN-08) today released the following statement after multiple reports of bomb threats and acts of vandalism targeting Jewish communities around the United States.

"I am deeply saddened and disturbed by the recent anti-Semitic threats and acts of vandalism targeting Jewish communities around the country," said Kustoff. "At times like this, we must remember that religious tolerance is the bedrock on which our great nation was founded. It is our duty as Americans to defend the individual liberties of our neighbors of all faiths and protect places of worship. I'm pleased to hear the FBI is investigating the threats, and I will encourage all Americans to continue shining a light on these terrible acts of hatred and bigotry."
