Kustoff Greets Congressional Art Competition Winner in D.C.

WASHINGTON, DC—Today, Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08), greeted Congressional Art Competition Winner, Tierra Anderson from Fayette County, in Washington D.C. Tierra Anderson was the overall winner of the Congressional Art Competition for West Tennessee and attended the reception in D.C. celebrating the winners of the Congressional Art Competition. Tierra's artwork will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for a year, where lawmakers and thousands of visitors will walk past it each day.
"It was great to see Tierra Anderson and her family up in Washington, D.C. to celebrate her piece ‘Lost in Thought'. She has real talent and fully deserves this recognition," said Rep. Kustoff. "Through Tierra's piece, West Tennessee and our art education is proudly represented in our nation's capital."
