Kustoff Statement on Retirement of Congressman Jimmy Duncan

Paris, Tennessee – U.S. Representative David Kustoff (TN-08) today released the following statement after U.S. Representative John Duncan (TN-02) announced he will not seek re-election in 2018.

"For nearly thirty years, Jimmy Duncan has represented the 2nd Congressional District of Tennessee with such distinction," said Kustoff. "It has been an honor to serve with Jimmy in the U.S. House of Representatives, and I will always be grateful for his strong leadership, commitment to conservative values and friendship. Roberta and I wish Jimmy, his wife, Lynn, and their entire family the very best in all their future endeavors."
